(562) 684-3161

Jeb became the Sea Base Director in October 2024. However, Jeb’s history with the Long Beach Area Council started in the late 1980’s. Beginning as a Cub Scout in Pack 94, Jeb bridged into Boy Scouting with Troop 65 and also joined Automotive Explorer Post 1. He became a Tribesman in the Tribe of Tahquitz and later earned the rank of Eagle Scout in 1995.

Much of Jeb’s professional life has been spent in the funeral industry serving families and building relationships within the community. In 2022, Jeb became a licensed Cemetery Manager and could often be found at Chamber of Commerce, Police Foundation and other civic engagement activities where he worked to partner with community agencies to best fit the needs of the families he served and the community he loves.

Jeb, his wife, and their two sons have lived in Long Beach since 2005. Jeb and his family are heavily involved in Troop 65, proudly serving his alma mater Troop as its Scoutmaster. Outside of Scouting, Jeb is a member of Squadron 153 Civil Air Patrol out of Los Alamitos Joint Forces Training Base. He also enjoys camping, boating, BBQing with friends and family, and attending church.
