The Poseidon program is designed to introduce young adults to the Sea Scouting Program.
We provide a format where youth are exposed to many types of aquatic activities which take place in
our program room and on the water.
Participants will have the opportunity to sail on the Poseidon training sailboat as well as join
one of the other Sea Scout Ships during their programs.
What is POSEIDON?
The three-month course is taught by experienced instructors and takes place on Tuesday Nights and
on Saturdays per the published schedule.
Sea Scouting is part of the Boy Scouts of America. We provide a co-educational program for 13-21-year-old youth.
Participants already registered in another program can dual-register in this program.
Non BSA participants will register in the BSA as NEW Scouts.
