More Than Summer Camp
You can rent the camp for tent camping or even utilize the cabins and Kiwanis lodge for your unit or group. Spring at Tahquitz is also a beautiful spot to start your year out camping and taking in your first hikes. You can even stay at Tahquitz while you go up to Big Bear.

More Than Scout Use
Camp Tahquitz is open to all organizations for rental use as well. We are happy to host reunions, retreats, weddings, family reunions, or your organization’s socials.

DUTIES:
- Serve as the on-site host for weekend campers
- Monitor camp rules & respond to minor issues
- Provide check-in/out support & safety oversight
- Submit simple post-weekend reports
REQUIREMENTS:
- Attend Tahquitz Campmaster Orientation
- Registered Adult – Scouting America
- Safe Guarding Youth Trained
- AB506 – Background Check
- Hazardous Weather Trained
