Victor joined the Long Beach Area Council in September 2021. He comes to us with a wealth of Scouting experience having worked for the Greater Los Angeles Area Council for more than 20 years. Over those years, Victor led several district and council level teams to meet membership, program, and fundraising goals.  

Victor gives leadership to our membership growth initiatives. Victor works with volunteers to grow the Scouting program through welcoming new families and connecting the Scouting program to other community partners. 

Victor has roots in Long Beach. He grew up in Long Beach and attended Long Beach Poly High School. He and his wife lived in North Long Beach before moving to Downey with their three children.
